Where it's stored
Enquiry information is stored securely in our database (Supabase), protected by access controls that restrict it to authorised Showtime Solutions staff. We also use hosting and transactional email providers to operate the site and send enquiry notifications. Information required for those services may be processed by those providers. Enquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage our relationship with you, or as required by law.
Website cookies and usage data
Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. This implementation does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts or send enquiry contents as analytics events.
Your rights
