Pricing · South African rand

A clear starting point. A scope agreed in writing.

These are starting prices for the listed deliverables. The quotation confirms the work, assumptions, payment milestones and any ongoing costs before you commit.

Development

Websites, stores and business applications.

Custom software development

Application package figures are indicative entry points. Client portals, internal platforms, migrations and complex integrations require discovery and a scoped quotation before a delivery commitment.

Scope a software project

Managed IT & cloud support

Custom monthly agreement. We first establish the systems covered, maintenance responsibilities, support arrangements and third-party costs. Additional work is agreed separately.

Before you commit

What the written quotation needs to settle.

Content, pages & revisions
Package lists describe the starting deliverables and revision rounds where specified. We agree page count, content responsibilities, product uploads and what constitutes a revision before work begins.
Hosting, domains & subscriptions
Confirm whether hosting or registration is included in the selected package. Renewals, email, paid plugins, cloud usage and third-party subscriptions are itemised where applicable.
Payments & integrations
Payment-provider approval, transaction fees and subscription charges belong to the provider. We confirm the gateway, integration scope and your account responsibilities in the proposal.
Timing & dependencies
Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope, content, required access and review checkpoints. Your proposal sets the schedule; a starting price is not a turnaround promise.
Ownership & handover
The agreement sets ownership, source/access handover and any third-party licence restrictions. We discuss who will operate the system and the documentation they need.
Care, changes & tax treatment
Maintenance and post-launch changes are included only where explicitly listed in the agreement. The quotation sets the total, any applicable taxes and the payment schedule.

Let’s put a scope around your idea.

Tell us what you need and what you already have. We’ll discuss the requirements behind a useful quotation.
